Public Hearings:
Jacqueline Prizer (29 Southern Blvd) – A continued NOI to raze existing dwelling & re-construct a single-family home.
Gary Litchfield (9 Hutchins Road) - NOI for the construction of a single-family dwelling, driveway grading and utilities.
Governors Academy (1 Elm Street) – NOI for the installation of baseball dugouts, softball field, tree & brush removal and minor grading in baseball outfield. Work is limited to the 100’ buffer-zone.
Joseph and Joyce Puleo (5 Exeter Way) – RDA to renovate existing home and add a second floor.
Patrick Keating (23 Northern Blvd) – NOI to raze & reconstruct a two-story single-family dwelling.
Galeforce Development LLC/James Goodwin (67 Old Rowley Road) – NOI to construct a single-family home and sanitary disposal system and grading.

ENF - site visit for the ENF scheduled on the February 14th at 1:00, and comments close on February 25, 2014.~ Review of ENF with the Commission, address questions, and ask whether the Commission would be willing to write a comment letter.
Commission’s earlier determination regarding the updated plans and DEP’s Wetlands Program Policy 91-1 for 39 Fordham Way.~ With the ENF filed, the preferred alternative plans are more fully laid out, with additional back up material.~ Requesting the Commission review its decision from December in light of the new material and either
affirm or amend its determination based on this new information and obtain any comments from other interested parties.
